• Consultant and Director of the Molecular Genetics Working Group, Department of Oncology, University Clinic for Internal Medicine I, Vienna General Hospital since March 1998.
• Director of the Laboratory of Cancer Risk Analysis, Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School in Charlestown, MA, 1997-1998.
• Erwin Schrödinger Research Fellow, Harvard Medical School, Boston, 1995-1997 working on the project “Positional cloning of the gene for x-linked lymphoproliferative disorder”
  Involved in molecular biology and fundamental research.
• Clinical training, University Clinic for Internal Medicine I, Vienna General Hospital 1991-1995. Member of the tumour immunology working group, research and teaching activities.
